Our Team

​​Kay married the love of her life, Tyler Kirby, and they have 4 children and 4 beautiful grandchildren. The Kirbys were licensed foster parents with DSS in Spartanburg County for 16 years. They adopted 2 of their children out of the foster care system. Her experience as a foster parent has given her the passion to be an advocate for the children in foster care and to raise awareness of the need for more foster parents in our community. PS I Love You was established in 2012 as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization.
