Kay Kirby
Founder & Executive Director
Kay has been married to Tyler Kirby for 31 years and they have 4 children. The Kirby’s were licensed foster parents with DSS in Spartanburg county for 16 years. They adopted 2 of their children out of the foster care system. Her experience as a foster parent has given her the passion to be an advocate for the children in foster care and to raise awareness of the need for more foster parents in our community.
